Our polyurethane boxes undergo a cold chain validation process.

Pre-qualified insulated boxes ensure your product stays within a temperature range of +2 to 8 degrees C when shipped.

CoolPac’s polyurethane shippers are manufactured locally in Australia and are “naked” polyurethane containers

(i.e. it is moulded without laminating any material to the outside).  The insulated foam shipper is then packaged in a corrugated carton.

Replacement cartons can be purchased enabling the polyurathane cooler to be re-used many times without compromising their appearance.

The polyurethane lid has recessed cavities where temperature data loggers can safely be placed to monitor the temperature and humidity during shipping.

Our foam boxes are fully moulded, minimising leaks and giving then excellent thermal properties by by avoiding joins often seen in other boxes.
