Cool Down Temperature Recorder For Processed Meats

Temperatrure recorder with external sensor for monitoring the cooling of processed food.  The logger is triggered at temperature below +60°C, and records date and the time this event starts, after 2 hours when the food must have cooled to temperatures below +21°C, after 4 hours and after 6 hours, when temperature should be below +5°C.

The COOL DOWN logger will then displays a PASS or FAIL message depending on whether the temperature restrictions have been achieved within the specified time frame.

The ESCORT ChartReaders are a portable data loggers remote readers for where a PC is not available.  They use re-chargeable batteryand allow for fast download of temerpature data from loggers and produce easy to read graph or over/under specification list formats.

The printouts include unit serial number, location and cargo descriptor, number of logs, sampling frequency and start/finish times. All reports feature real time and date. All models of ESCORT ChartReaders have a one Megabyte memory, which provides users with the ability to store logger data for later download and/or transfer to a PC via ESCORT Console software.
