Cold Chain Validation
Cold Chain Validation is the process of simulating the environmental temperature changes that a packaging or shipping container could face whilst in transit to ensure that it stays at the right temperature over a period of time. For example cold chain validation would ensure that vaccines in a box packed in a certain way sent from Australia to a village in India would arrive at the correct temperature or that a box of frozen seafood travelling from Australia to a restaurant in Japan would remain frozen. Cold Chain Validation is a critical step in the quality control process.
Temperature Mapping
Temperature Mapping is the process of mapping the temperature of a 3 dimensional space. For example in a refrigerated warehouse, temperature mapping will show the difference in temperature from the floor to the ceiling, in the corners of the warehouse, near doors, coolers or anywhere where there could be temperature variations. Mapping your temperature controlled storage space is important to ensure products are kept at the correct temperature within that space.

Equipment Validation
Equipment validation is the process of testing and proving through documentation that equipment performs in the expected manner. It is a requirement of Good Manufacturing Practices to have procedures, processes, and activities validated.
Calibration Services
Temperature calibration services is the process of ensuring that equipment used to measure temperature is doing so accurately. This is done by comparing a series of temperature measurement readings of a piece of equipment to our highly calibrated equipment. If equipment is not calibrated then there is the possibility that the temperature reading could be wrong which could impact on the quality and life of a product.
Cold Chain Audit
Cold Chain Audit is the process of measuring temperature along the cold chain and looking at procedures and practices which ensure the company is Cold Chain Compliant. This is the last step the quality assurance process.
